1. Scope of Services

Oncure Home Healthcare provides home-based clinical and wellness care in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Home doctor visits and consultations
• Nursing care and post-procedure recovery
• At-home vaccinations and diagnostic testing (e.g., swab testing)
• IV Wellness Therapy and medication administration

All medical services and IV therapy menu items are administered following a clinical evaluation by licensed medical practitioners and nurses.

2. Emergency Medical Notice

ONCURE HOME HEALTHCARE IS NOT AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE.

If you or someone under your care is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, severe trauma, chest pain, or sudden acute symptoms, immediately call 998 (Ambulance in the UAE) or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

3. Medical Disclaimers & Professional Judgment

• Informational Content: Information on this Site is provided for general informational and booking purposes only and does not constitute formal medical diagnosis or advice.
• Medical Assessment: All treatments, vaccinations, and IV drips are subject to on-site evaluation by Oncure healthcare professionals. Oncure practitioners reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel a treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe for the patient.

4. Appointments, Confirmations & Availability

• Same-Day Bookings: While same-day appointments are available, booking confirmations depend on medical staff availability and geographic location within the UAE.
• Confirmation: An appointment request sent via the Site, WhatsApp, or phone is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation from Oncure staff.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payment

• Currency: All prices listed on the Site or quoted by staff are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
• Value Added Tax (VAT): Prices are subject to applicable UAE legal VAT requirements.
• Payment Terms: Payment for home health services, vaccination packages, or IV therapy menus must be settled upon or prior to the service visit via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash, as specified at booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Patient Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated to Oncure at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If a practitioner has been dispatched or arrives at the designated home location and service is canceled by the patient or access is denied, a call-out/cancellation fee may apply.

7. Patient Responsibilities

To enable safe and effective care, patients (or their legal guardians) agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated medical histories, allergies, and current medication lists to the attending Oncure medical personnel.
• Provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment for home health visits.
• Follow post-care guidelines provided by Oncure doctors or nurses.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website including logos, branding, text, graphics, icons, images, and menu structures is the intellectual property of Oncure Home Healthcare and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Reposting or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Oncure Home Healthcare, its directors, employees, and licensed practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or delays caused by events outside reasonable control (e.g., severe traffic disruptions, extreme weather, or force majeure events).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai / UAE federal jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Oncure services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
